The fine print: If your plans change and you can no longer participate in Acoustic Guitar Couch Camp, you must submit a cancellation request before November 1, 2025. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after this date.

Your ticket is for you and you alone. Just shoot us an email (AcousticGuitarService@stringletter.com) to let us know the size of your group.

While the hosts and instructors will do their best to troubleshoot any technical issues, we are not responsible for individual participants' internet connection speeds, device settings, or other technical requirements. We recommend you familiarize yourself with Zoom prior to the event.

While unlikely, the schedule and line-up is subject to change with no notice. In the event that a workshop or other event is cancelled, the time slot will be filled with a suitable replacement.
